Hi, I’m Marta
I guide women through healing, change and coming back to truth.
Gently, through breath, body, nature connection and soul presence.
I know what it feels like to build a life that looks right on paper, while something inside stays silent. For years, I lived that way - until one day, my body whispered a quiet “no more.” I followed that whisper, and it led me back to breath. And then, back to the forest.
Today, I walk with women as they unlearn who they were told to be and remember who they truly are. Nature is one of my greatest teachers: Her rhythms, silence and wild belonging invite us to breathe deeper, feel safer, and root into authenticity.
My work is rooted in breathwork, Forest Therapy, deep listening, somatic awareness, wild wisdom and compassion. I don’t offer quick fixes. I offer sacred space and honest presence - so you can meet yourself again, fully.
I split my time between Poland and India, guiding in Polish and English. Alongside my personal practice, I am also a teacher and mentor of Forest Therapy and Breathwork training provider.
This is my offering: breath, nature, courage, truth.
And a deep bow to your path, however it unfolds.

Into the Wild Body
A return to the truth that lives beneath your skin.
Into the Wild Body is about the honest, raw, intuitive language of the body.
The place where truth arrives not through words, but through sensation.
Where the breath stops being “guided” and starts to guide.
It’s the tremble in your belly when you’re about to speak your truth.
The tightness in your throat when you hold back your voice.
The grief stored in your hips.
The pulse in your chest when you finally stop running.
Wild does not mean out of control.
In a culture that taught us to be nice, neat, polite, wildness feels dangerous.
But this wildness does not destroy.
It reveals.
It uncovers what has been silenced beneath the surface.
It gives your body back its voice - the one it had before you learned to be good.
As Clarissa Pinkola Estés writes:
“The wild woman carries the bundles for healing; she carries everything a woman needs to be and know.”
This is a space where the body remembers.
Where crying is sacred.
Where silence is welcome.
Where movement is not for performance but for returning
to the self,
to the Earth,
to the wisdom of the breath that was never lost, only forgotten.
Into the Wild Body is a homecoming.
A place for breath-led healing,
for sound that rises before language,
for somatic remembrance,
and for practices that awaken your animal, intuitive, sacred self.
You don’t need to be fixed.
You just need to come back.
To the rhythm beneath your ribs.
To the fire in your belly.
To the yes and no that your nervous system whispers.
Into the Wild Body is not about becoming someone.
It’s about unbecoming what you were never meant to be.
And walking - breath by breath - into the truth of your body.
