Hi, I’m Marta

Breathwork facilitator, somatic guide, and trauma-informed space holder. I support women in returning to themselves - gently, honestly, and with care.

I work with the body, Soul, breath, nervous system, and the places within us that were never met with enough tenderness.
My approach blends conscious breathing, somatic and emotional processing, shadow work, voice dialogue / parts work and deep listening - rooted in trauma awareness and radical permission.

This work is about restoration.
Not because you are broken, but because parts of you have been silenced, disconnected, or pushed aside.

Here, we don’t pretend it’s all okay - we slow down, we feel, and we meet what’s real. We breathe to repair trust with the body,
to release old patterns, to make space for what’s next.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just need to be willing to meet yourself.

Alongside this embodied work, I walk a spiritual path rooted in reverence for the mystery and what cannot be explained.
Time spent in Women Circles has opened
new ways of seeing, softened edges of my mind,
and deepened the way I hold  space.
Breath by breath, I return
- to the wildness, the stillness,
and the sacred that lives in all of us.

My Manifesto

I want you to be gentle with yourself - kind, forgiving, soft.

I want you to dream.
To reach for what feels impossible.
To smile when they say, “That can’t be done.”

I want you to be persistent,
To never give up on your wildest hopes.
I want you to have a good life. Good as defined by you.

I want you to say “yes” and “no”
When it’s true for you,
Not when it’s expected.

I want you to understand yourself -
To grow or to stay exactly where you are,
If that’s your choice.

I want you to laugh loudly, to dance and jump,
To sit still, if that’s what you long for.

I want you to say “I don’t care,” “This is what I want,”
And truly mean it - from the right place,
Standing firmly with yourself.

I want you to love passionately,
Whoever you choose - but yourself first.

I want you to question taboos,
To go beyond expectations - with tenderness and strength.

I want you to choose yourself,
So you can choose others wisely.

I want you to breathe - freely, openly, fully.

To breathe the life you live
As if it’s the only one you get.

I want you to live your life
In the only way that is truly yours -
To breathe it in and out,
Wholeheartedly, In your own way.

Professional Roots

I come to this work not only through lived experience, but through years of study and practice - rooted in deep trust in the body and breath.
My foundational certification was completed at the Instytut Oddechu in Poland, followed by international training with Alchemy of Breath and Australian College of Breathwork, which both opened the path to working online, a space I now hold with depth and care.

I’m a certified member of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance and part of the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF).
My background also includes:
- Postgraduate studies in Coaching & Mentoring (SWPS University)
- Training at the Holistic School for Trainers
- Ongoing learning in Somatic Experiencing
- Study of Pranic Healing and subtle energetics
- Forest Bathing and Forest Therapy which help to reconnect with Nature - both, the one that surrounds us and your inner wilderness.

Before all this, I spent years working in corporate environments - but it was the breath that brought me back to myself, and onto a path where inner transformation meets grounded, embodied tools.
Today, I hold space for both individuals and groups - online and in person - often among trees, in quiet rooms, or in the wildness of breath itself.

Is it only about Breathwork?

Breathwork is the heart of what I offer - my deepest trust, my favorite tool.
But healing is never linear. I weave breath with somatic, relational, and energetic practices to support what’s alive in you - moment to moment. Everything I bring is in service of your integration, truth, and return to wholeness.

  • Relational practice of being in nature.

    Forest Therapy & Forest Bathing

This is not a walk in the woods - it’s a deep slowing down.
Forest Therapy is a science-based, trauma-informed approach to restoring our bond with the natural world.
It invites us to step out of urgency and control and back into sensing, belonging, and connection with something greater than ourselves.
Nature becomes co-regulator, mirror, and ally.
Each session is an invitation to arrive.

  • Healing through the nervous system.

    Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing teaches us to listen to the body not as a problem, but as a compass.
By following your natural impulses -tension, release, pause - we gently complete what was once frozen or overwhelming.
This work doesn’t force breakthrough. It builds capacity for presence.
Bit by bit, we repair safety, reclaim vitality, and rewire our relationship to life.

  • Meeting the unseen, reclaiming the forgotten.

    Shadow & Energy Work

Some parts of us don’t show up through breath - they wait in silence.
Here, I draw on my experience as a Pranic Healing practitioner and facilitator of Systemic Constellations to meet what’s been left out.
Patterns that aren’t ours. Emotions we were never allowed to feel. Energies inherited across generations.
This is work of remembering - not fixing.
We create space for all of you to return.

  • Tapping into emotional release.

    EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique

Also known as tapping, EFT is a gentle yet potent tool that blends modern psychology with ancient acupressure points. By rhythmically tapping on specific meridian points while voicing thoughts or emotions, we shift what's stuck - anxiety, fear, shame, or old beliefs.

This practice calms the nervous system and restores emotional flow.
It offers relief in the moment and transformation over time.

hush, hush...
little things that hold me

I speak to trees when no one’s watching
- and I hug them too.

My body knows when it’s time to rest, I'm like a hen, sleeping when its dark and waking up with the Sun.
There’s always a stone in my pocket.

I take my coffee black, always in a big cup.

I could eat a dosa everyday.

Silence is my favorite kind of company. Or dogs.

I name my inner voices like old friends. And I have an aligator sprit guide, whose name is Winston.

I don’t chase peace, I let it find me.

I believe that softness is a form of strength.
And that tears are the words which the heart couldn't express.

I pray without words. And I know my vulnerability and softness feel safe with healthy anger.

I breathe like I mean it. Before I put my feet on the ground in the morning.

My favourite places in the world

Warsaw, Poland
I was born and raised there. Love the evening walks along the wild river side.

Mumbai, India
Has stolen My heart and gave comfort to my soul. I love this city unconditionally, want to live and die in Mumbai.

Lakeside, Poland
It is perfect combination - water and forest. Quiet, in a flow, remote. Perfect to gather energy to conquer the word!

Toscany, Italy
If India or Poland decide that I’m persona non grata - I want to live in Italy. Little heaven on earth.
