Come home to yourself
- through breath, presence, and gentle reconnection.
Breathe with Me
To feel. To soften. To meet yourself again, honestly and fully.
Whether you're navigating change, holding unspoken emotion, or simply longing to come back to your body,
you're welcome here.
We breathe not to fix or force, but to listen, release, and come back to truth.
In these sessions, breath becomes a bridge
between your inner world and the life you're here to live.
Between tension and safety. Between the noise and the knowing.
You don’t have to do it alone. Let’s breathe together.
Choose your way of working
-
1:1 Breathwork Sessions
Private sessions held online or in person.
A deeply curated space to meet yourself through conscious breathing, tailored to your unique needs in the moment. These sessions are design to support your nervous system, your story, your rhythm. We move gently through breath, stillness, movement, and whatever arises.
You don’t have to be “ready.”You just have to be willing to show up.
-
Group Breathwork
Gather in circle, in person or online.
These guided journeys create space for collective healing, connection, and expansion.
Rooted in safety, humanity, and somatic practice.
We gather in sacred community to be witnessed, held, and moved together.
Each breathing circle invites you into a shared field of trust, emotion, and quiet power.
No two journeys are alike. No one is left behind.
How Does the Breathwork Work?
We use a gentle, conscious connected breath - a continuous inhale and exhale through the mouth.
It’s a powerful yet simple tool to access deeper layers of your body, emotions, and subconscious.
Breath bypasses the thinking mind and speaks directly to your nervous system.
It helps release stored tension, emotion, and energy – creating space for clarity, softness, and presence.
This is not hyperventilation. It’s not performance.
It’s a practice of softening into your truth - one breath at a time.
Safety, Trauma Sensitivity
& Integration
Your body is wise.
This work meets you gently, exactly where you are. Breathwork can bring up emotions, memories or physical sensations and that's okay. You’re never expected to push through or go anywhere you’re not ready to go.
I hold a trauma-informed space rooted in choice, consent and nervous system awareness.
You can pause, slow down, or stop at any time.
There is no "right" way to do this.
Every experience is welcome.
Breathwork can be particularly powerful for women – especially if you feel disconnected from your body, sensuality, or inner rhythm. Your breath is a doorway back to softness, intuition, and embodiment.
After the Session Integration
Breathwork doesn't end when the session closes.
Sometimes, insights, feelings or physical shifts continue to unfold in the hours or days that follow.
I recommend:
Drinking water and grounding after the session
Journaling or resting if needed
Being gentle with yourself
Reaching out if something feels overwhelming
You’re always welcome to share your experience, ask questions, or receive further support.

What You Might be Wondering
-
Each session begins with a gentle check-in, followed by conscious breathing guided by your body’s rhythm. We may move through stillness, emotional release, and intuitive dialogue. You’re always in charge of the pace.
-
Not at all. Breathwork meets you exactly where you are. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve practiced before, we’ll move with what arises - at your rhythm, with full permission. I will guide you and choose the breath rythm, according to your experience and needs.

Most of the time, Yes. This work is grounded in trauma-informed principles and Somatic Experiencing. We go gently, listen closely, and co-create safety. You will never be pushed or rushed. Please do reach out to talk about your concerns, I could recommend to check with your mental health provider first. If you prefer texting or emailing - that is totally fine, too.
-
That’s welcome. Breath opens the door to what’s held beneath the surface: tears, laughter, stillness - all of it is part of the healing process. You will be supported and held throughout.

Yes. Sessions are offered both in person and online. Breath knows no borders, and the connection we build is just as deep, even across a screen.
