When we enter the forest slowly - with breath, body, and presence - we remember who we are. Every inhale roots us deeper. Every exhale returns us to truth.
Breathe in Nature is my way of weaving Forest Therapy, Forest Bathing and Breathwork into one practice of belonging. Together, we listen, breathe, and root into wild authenticity.
The forest is not outside of us. It is our mirror, our ally, our breath.

About me
I am a Forest Therapy practitioner, guide and mentor, trainer of Forest Bathing guides in Polish and English, speaker at international trainings, member of the Forest Therapy Hub’s global research team, and a founding member of the Polish Association of Forest Bathing Guides.
My work bridges breath, body and nature - creating sacred, honest spaces for women to meet themselves again.
