My Manifesto

Every journey begins somewhere.
Mine began with a quiet question:
What if the body already knows?
❋

I want you to be gentle with yourself
- kind, forgiving, soft.

I want you to dream.
To reach for what feels impossible.
To smile when they say,
“That can’t be done.”

I want you to be persistent,
To never give up on your wildest hopes.
I want you to have a good life.
Good, as defined by you.

I want you to say “yes” and “no”
When it’s true for you,
Not when it’s expected.

I want you to understand yourself -
To grow or
to stay exactly where you are,
If that’s your choice.

I want you to laugh loudly,
to dance and jump,
To sit still, if that’s what you long for.

I want you to say
“I don’t care,” “This is what I want,”
And truly mean it
- from the right place,
Standing firmly with yourself.

I want you to love passionately,
Whoever you choose
- but yourself first.

I want you to question taboos,
To go beyond expectations
- with tenderness and strength.

I want you to choose yourself,
So you can choose others wisely.

I want you to breathe
- freely, openly, fully.

To breathe the life you live
As if it’s the only one you get.

I want you to live your life
In the only way that is truly yours,
To breathe it in and out,
Wholeheartedly, In your own way.

01
RETURN

Every meaningful journey begins with a return.

A return to the body.

A return to breath.

A return to the quiet place within you that has never disappeared.

Life asks us to move quickly.

The body keeps inviting us back.

Back to sensation.

Back to presence.

Back to ourselves.

Every practice I offer begins here.

The body carries stories.

Some are joyful.

Some are protective.

Some have been waiting for years to be seen with kindness.

Remembering is a gentle process.

It begins when we become curious enough to listen.

Breath slows us down.

Nature softens us.

Presence creates enough space for something forgotten to quietly return.

REMEMBER

03
LIVE WILD

Wildness has never been about escaping life.

It lives in the moments when your choices begin to reflect who you truly are.

Sometimes it looks like courage.

Sometimes it looks like rest.

Sometimes it is a conversation you have been postponing.

Sometimes it is the decision to slow down.

Living wild is less about changing everything.

It is about living each day with a little more honesty, presence and trust in your own inner rhythm.

The body is always speaking.

Through breath.

Through sensation.

Through tension.

Through ease.

It doesn't ask to be fixed.

It asks to be heard.

Every practice begins with listening.

Not searching for the right answer.

Simply becoming present enough to notice
what is already here.

THE BODY

05
BREATH

The body is always speaking.

Through breath.

Through sensation.

Through tension.

Through ease.

It doesn't ask to be fixed.

It asks to be heard.

Every practice begins with listening.

Not searching for the right answer.

Simply becoming present enough to notice
what is already here.

06
NATURE

Nature has its own pace.

The forest doesn't hurry.

The river doesn't compare itself.

The seasons don't question whether they are enough.

Spending time outdoors gently reminds us that we also belong to this rhythm.

Sometimes the greatest transformation begins with simply sitting beside a tree, listening to water, or feeling the earth beneath your feet.

Our experiences live in more than memory.

They are reflected in posture, breath, movement and the way we meet the world.

Somatic practice offers a way to explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion.

Not to force change.

But to create enough safety for change to unfold naturally.

Little by little, the body discovers new possibilities.

08
COMMUNITY

Healing rarely happens in isolation.

There is something profoundly human about being witnessed.

About sharing silence.

About breathing together.

Community reminds us that we don't have to carry everything alone.

Every circle, retreat and gathering becomes a place where people remember that they belong.
