Hi, I’m Marta
For many years I have been exploring the meeting place between breath, nature, embodiment, and deep listening.
My work creates spaces where people can slow down enough to hear themselves again.
Returning to Inner Space grew from a simple observation:
Many of us are surrounded by information, yet rarely have enough space to listen to ourselves.
This retreat is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most.
